My stay included a transfer from the airport. I was directed to the lounge. it was all organized perfectly. after checking in, the suite was amazing! the lunch at sal near the pool area was delicious.
the old phones definitely need updating. there was no concierge on each floor. arriving felt messy with too many people running around.

the hotel had a convenient buggy network for travel within the resort! the infinity pool, water park and indoor swimming pool were nice facilities. i used the duplex one-bedroom suite, it included hermès amenities. it also included access to wild wadi waterpark and talise spa and beach club.
Some of the dining options were overpriced for the quality. I found them a little expensive.

the staff welcomed us warmly and they were pleasant. every effort was made to ensure our comfort. the hotel felt surprisingly cozy. the immaculate suites reflect high standards of hospitality.
i felt the service was sometimes too formal. the dining options seemed overpriced for the quality (in my opinion). the exclusivity can feel intimidating.

The staff was helpful. The pool area was super clean and well kept. My personal concierge anticipated my needs perfectly. I was especially impressed with the quick response when I requested a specific type of tea. It arrived within minutes.

The butler service was attentive; staff members promptly addressed every request; housekeeping maintained high standards; I observed that the hotel also provided a personal shopper to help guests find luxury brands.
